This is the blog of Kristi. I’ve been blogging since around 1999, but due to various moves, database loses, blogging software/livejournal changes, I don’t actually have all the archives. And I’ve lost all the comments over the years, even recently, when I updated my version of Wordpress.
I’ve got a lot of interests, so this blog will likely be all over the place in terms of what I talk about. It’ll definitely include discussion of sensitive topics and newsworthy items, so if that will bother you, you might want to find a different blog to read.
The title of the blog: “failure to communicate,” is taken from the very famous Cool Hand Luke quote. The full quote is “What we have here is a failure to communicate.” The subtitle is also from that movie. If you couldn’t guess, Cool Hand Luke is one of my all-time favorite movies, up there with A Clockwork Orange and Alien.
